Special Education Student Teacher

An Special Education Early Childhood Education student who attends a College/University and is in the last semester of their teacher preperation program. This individual and works in a classroom with a cooperative teacher developing lesson plans, planning developmentally appopriate activities and assessments. The experience will allow future educators to apply pedagogical theory to classroom practice, while under the supervisor of a teacher mentor.
